How the Site Is Funded
Advertising Disclosure
DUI Help is free to use. It is paid for by display ads served by Google AdSense. You never pay to read a page or use a tool, and ads never change what a page says or what a tool shows.
DUI Help is published by Rupe Enterprises LLC, a Washington limited liability company. It is an independent site, not a law firm and not a government agency.
How You'll Know It's an Ad
Each display ad is served and marked by Google with its ad icon, and sits apart from the site's own content. A page carries at most three ads, placed in set spots through the page; the site doesn't use Google's automatic ad placement. Ads never appear above a page's answer, and never inside a tool, a penalty table or the contact form.
Who Chooses the Ads
Google chooses which ads to show, based on the page and, depending on your settings, your interests. DUI Help doesn't pick individual advertisers, and an ad is not a recommendation. Some ads may be for lawyers, insurance or ignition interlock providers. Before you hire a lawyer from an ad, you can check that they're licensed in your state with the state bar; the guide to finding a DUI lawyer explains how.
No Affiliate Links Today
The site has no affiliate links. No lawyer, insurer or interlock company pays to be mentioned, ranked or linked on any page.
A Sponsored SR-22 Offer in the Future
A paid SR-22 insurance offer may be added later. If one is, it will appear only on SR-22 pages, in a single box labelled Sponsored, with a short disclosure line saying the site may be paid when you use the offer. Its links will be marked rel="sponsored" for search engines. It will sit below the page's answer and never inside a tool, an answer, a penalty table or a list of official resources. This page will be updated to name the offer when one is added.
What Advertising Doesn't Change
Advertising never decides which states or topics are covered, what a page says or what a tool's result shows. Facts come from state statutes, licensing agencies, courts and federal agencies, never from advertisers. The editorial policy sets out how that independence is kept.
No Lead Forms
The site has no lead forms and doesn't sell or pass your details to lawyers, insurers or anyone else. The only form on the site is the contact form for corrections and feedback, and the tools run in your browser without sending what you enter anywhere.
