How to Request a Hearing in Kentucky

Kentucky suspends the license through the court, not an administrative hearing: at arraignment the court suspends the license of a driver who refused testing, has a prior DUI or refusal suspension within 10 years, or caused death or serious injury. You may file a motion for judicial review, and the court must hold the review within 30 days after the motion is filed.
